Ongoing Small Group Classes

This option is similar to the personalised individual lessons but you could take the classes with a friend, colleague, relative or housemate (up to a group of three people). In this way, we can reduce the individual prices and you can help each other at the same time.

B1/B2 Exam - 10-Week Course

This course is designed for students who want or need to obtain an Italian language certificate of a B1 or B2 level. The course will focus on the various required aspects of the exam and will develop different strategies to pass these different elements. If necessary, we can also help you navigate the practical and bureaucratic aspects of entering the exams.

Anti-fascist History - 10-Week Course

This thematic course is designed for students with an intermediate level of Italian who would like to improve, but at the same time learn and discuss aspects of anti-fascist history across the Italian peninsula as well as other areas of the world. The lessons are in 10 episodes, from the start of the 20th century up until today. They will include explanations, lectures, listening and audio/visual materials, but also discussion and debate. The improvement of language will of course remain our main objective.

C1/C2 Exam - 10-Week Course

This course is designed for students who want or need to obtain an Italian language certificate of a C1 or C2 level. The course will focus on the various required aspects of the exam and will develop different strategies to pass these different elements. If necessary, we can also help you navigate the practical and bureaucratic aspects of entering the exams.

Italian, Borders and Migration - 10-Week Course

This thematic course is designed for students with an advanced level of Italian who would like to perfect it, but at the same time learn and discuss aspects of social and political history connected to the Italian language. The course will have a wide geographical, temporal and spatial spectrum from Italian colonialism in Africa to the internationalist struggle of Italian anarchists, right up to the recent struggle against borders and racism in the Italian peninsula. The lessons will include explanations, lectures, listening and audio/visual materials, with the objective of encouraging debate and collective reflection. The practice and perfection of language will of course remain our main objective.
